A Special Note to My Friends

You may have noticed other grooming services in your area or may have even received a mailer from them.  While I welcome them and believe there are plenty of pooches to go around, I like to think that my service here at The Dapper Dog is a little different.  

Some companies dispatch their trucks. When you call them for an appointment, you reach a dispatcher and don’t get a chance to talk one-on-one with the groomer. When you contact The Dapper Dog, you speak directly to me.  This is my company and I am the scheduler, driver and groomer. 

When you call, we get a chance to chat and get to know each other. In addition, I feel this helps minimize the chance of there being a miscommunication, or you not receiving the specific care you want for your pet.

For some, dog grooming is just a business. For me, this is what I enjoy doing most in the world and I try to do everything to convey that to both owner and pet.  Sure, maybe I can’t groom as many dogs per day, but that isn’t how I measure myself.  I measure myself by the happy customer and the wagging tail!    

To my current customers, thank you so much for your business.  If you are looking for a groomer, I hope that you will give me a call.  I believe that you will appreciate the difference.
